Purchases made online are available for refunds only; exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a refund and then make a new purchase at creatures-usa.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full credit on returns received within 30 days or the original purchase date.

To Process A Return Request:
Step 1 - Complete and submit the form below
Step 2 – Return items in Creatures of Leisure packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip and apply the UPS shipping label to the outside of the box.
Step 3 – Drop off at your nearest post-office.
Products may be returned if the items are unused and in the same condition as when they were received. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be issued based upon your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you received was either incorrect or defective.
Only products purchased via creatures-usa.com may be returned for a refund. Creatures of Leisure is not liable for goods in transit. Creatures of Leisure recommends that all returns be safely packaged and insured at your cost. All return paperwork must include full name, return address (no PO Box), contact number, email address and proof of purchase (if a warranty is being claimed).
